• Jackpot wins below EUR 50,000 are paid from five working days after the win; wins above EUR 50,000 are paid from seven working days, subject to individual conditions.
• Our maximum monthly withdrawal limits range from EUR 50,000 upward depending on currency, and these limits apply equally across all withdrawal methods.
